The Black home ownership rate in Massachusetts is 35% but in Georgia it’s 47%.
The Black home ownership rate in New York state is 31% but in Mississippi it’s 54%.

Maybe the wide disparity of homeownership rates between races can, at least partly, be caused on influencer by the disparity in single parent households? It's beyond homeownership rates. What about the difference in
the quality of education between low income and middle class neighborhoods? Government cannot regulate higher homeownership rates. When they try, they focus on the top rather than the foundation. Solid Homes can only be built on strong foundations, families need them too.
